Why are you an Orientation Leader: I became an orientation leader because one of the previous orientation leaders reached out to me about orientation. She explained in detail about orientation and stated that she thought I had the potential to be a good leader. Because of that, I decided to become an orientation leader because she saw potential in me, I want to grow as a person, and I hope to make the new students feel welcomed on their orientation day.

What do you want new students and their families to know:  My Barton experience overall had been very good. I learned a lot of different things in this short amount of time that will help me so far down the line in life. Also meeting new people and building connections has been fun.
