Why are you an Orientation Leader: To provide a friendly, and possibly familiar face to incoming students while also being a resource for them whenever they’re in need.
Favorite Barton memory: Experiencing my first few nights on campus where I got the chance to meet new people by hanging out in common areas and being outspoken.
What do you want new students and their families to know: College is what you make it. Although Barton is small, if you put yourself out there, get out of your comfort zone, and stay true to who you are, you will find your people and positively impact your social life for the long run.
