Final Grade Reporting

• Go to blackboard.barton.edu
• Type your username and password. [If you do not know your username and password, contact the Network Help Desk at 252-399-6436.]
• Click on the Students tab.
• Click on B.A.R.T.
• Click on Student Zone
• Click on Transcript

Grades are keyed in by the Registrar's Office immediately upon receipt of final grade rosters from the instructors. Allow several days to pass after your final exams before checking for grades on-line. Please DO NOT contact the Registrar's Office to inquire when grades will be keyed; this will only slow down the grade keying process. Questions about specific grades should be directed to the appropriate instructor.

Employer Reimbursement

Students requiring proof of grades for employee reimbursement purposes must provide the Registrar's Office with a written request (faxed or mailed) for a certified transcript. The student must state the address to which the transcript is to be sent; this can be the student's or the employer's address. No fee is required for this process.
