Have a computer question? Need to checkout equipment for a multimedia presentation? Barton's Information Technology and Resources Department provides troubleshooting and support for all forms of technology. We can help with:

  • Computer issues
  • Networking problems
  • Telephone
  • Copiers
  • Audiovisual needs

For students

We oversee all computer labs, campus e-mail accounts, and the campus network. We also provide each student with an Internet connection in his or her room, a voice mail and e-mail account, and personal hard drive space on our servers. If you're having difficulty accessing an account or getting connected, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Students who need to use audiovisual equipment or one of our audiovisual classrooms for a class project should also contact us.

For faculty and staff

We maintain all office computers and software, provide copier support, and set up audiovisual equipment and classrooms as needed. All e-mail, voice mail, and campus-related Internet and intranet questions

We're also here to train faculty, administrators, and staff in the use of software and the campus network.
